Ive been here nearly 5 years now  . 

Anyway its been a great place to come on over those 5 years to talk about (mostly) the club I love as well as any oul sh*te  . Never imagined making my 1st post here that Id end up meeting people at games in the pub etc. A pleasure to meet you all and get to know you. Other people Ive not met but have had good banter with on here and will hopefully get to have a pint with some day!!

To JD and the staff who keep it ticking over well done, thank you and keep up the excellent work.

To the sensible posters keep up the debates and great posts

Been away for a while but find my self back posting here again and nothing has changed still as great as i had left it. The design and layout of the forum is to be admired, much better than any other lfc forum out there.

All the moderators do a great job of keeping the threads on topic. Thanks JD for making such a great forum, and thanks to all the posters for making this such a unique and brilliant place to share the views of our great club.

I appreciate the forum, especially if i avoid the daglish thread, and certain other threads as there are full of people talking sh*te and i feel sorry for the people trying to defend daggers, as its just a tidal wave of stupidity by the attakers, with no real valid arguments, after all we have been playing well but losing. 

so my ethos is to selectivly use the forum so to easily avoid the tossers who are basically self mutilating in their arguments.

Just wanted to say Good Night to all my fellow Reds. Thank F**k I have this place on days like this. You guys made the day bearable after an inconsolable morning. It's nice to know I'm not alone.

Quick question, (probably for JD) at the bottom of the page it says 'Topics viewed: 79,215,307' (at the time of typing), is this total views from day one? Also, is it by all members or all views (outsiders included?).

It's not from day one of the forum, the forum was run on different software originally - probably refers to at least the last 6 years though.

It covers both members and guests and that particular stat only covers viewing actual posts - doesn't include looking at the various board indexes, profiles etc.

Updates every 5 or 10 seconds as well that stat.  I only put it up because I wanted to test something new for the forum.

Cheers, just being nosey. 72,000,000 in 6 years, I'm no website statistician bit I'd say nearly 250k a week ain't too shabby.
