Well here in wales its doing what it always does fckin raining arggggggggg.so miserable been out in it most of the day as well .

Good question young Res.  It's all relative.

The average temperature of the Earth is 14 degrees C.

Therefore twice as cold as freezing would be -14 degrees C.

However in the UK the average yearly temperature is nearer 9 degrees, so for us probably -9.

Your climate is like ours (malta) but its been a whole week of rain and clouds.

we get heavy short showers ,and the cloudy mornings, if any are dispersed by 10am ! but this particular part of Spain (Roquetas De Mar, Almeria ) is well known for high winds !
