'uddersfield looking like a Championship side. Need to get at City. Very tame game. Still 0-1...now 0-2..was offside but Ass ref was unsighted..VAR would've ruled Sane offside....0-3 now..walk in the Park for City.

Bloody annoying with Spurs getting that last gasp winner, but they've now lost Kane, Son and Alli plus are still in the League and FA Cup. Good luck with that!!
As we've all known, its between us and Citeh, lets just hope for another hiccup from them to give us some breathing space or perhaps a few injuries at some point, like we've had to deal with.

I hate to say it  but I'm Not the least bit bothered we are out of the FA Cup given that it has provided an opportunity for Koop to take the squad away, patch up some injured players, bit of team bonding, relieve a bit of the media pressure that has just started to build. Feels like really good timing to me.

After years of dropping sloppy points to teams lower down the league we now sit in mid January having not dropped a single point to teams outside the top six.

Firstly, how F***ing mental is that?!

Secondly, even with 3 games left against the top six, we surely win the league if we keep that up for the 12 remaining games.

As these are identical fixtures, there is no advantage either way.

So, from purely matching up all our remaining fixtures, we have slight advantage BEFORE our 4 point lead.  Obviously things don't pan out as simply as this, but just think it looks interesting and positive if viewed like this.

Why isn't it? There's only one side who've proven they can beat us this year and we've already got them out the way.

Before a ball was kicked this season, it wasn't possible for anybody to be even close to City, let alone comfortably ahead of them going into the final third of the season (if you believe the F***ing "experts" that is). Yet here we are. Four points clear with the knowledge that thirteen wins from fourteen games guarantees us the League.

It was possible to be close, but people didn't believe it.

Doesn't matter what the rest do, we deserve to be top of the league so far, because we're the best team with the best results. And instead of people wondering when we're going to crack, we should get more credit for it.

I agree and Newcastle seem to have found a bit of form in the last few matches. Not saying its likely but would be so sweet if Rafa can give us a bit of help in our quest.

On another note I was really surprised to see Citeh start with 4-5 first team players yesterday, what a silly risk to take when you are 9-0 up. I would have just played the reserves in that match, not even risking anyone who is normally on the bench.
