Yossi earns good money so he should have to put up with Rafa constantly belittling him and telling him he's not good enough. That's a great ethic. Rafa tells him to f**k off and find a new Club, but what is Yossi thinking of?, he should tell Rafa, "No Rafa, I want you to psychologically destroy me, I'm only here for the money!".

I have crucifed him for the NOTW interview, yet I still have empathy for the lad. At least he has escaped the negativity inflicted upon him, like bbb said, when all is said and done, Yossi is a human being and deserves to be treated like one, wouldn't you agree?.

Some of the comments left are totally over the top.  Some people have a random guess at who negged them and 9 times out of 10 hand back a revenge neg to completely the wrong person.

It appears highly likely that we are going to have to assess the entire voting system.

I think the best case scenario is that anyone who leaves a neg should be identifiable. No need for it with the positive as that would encourage back slapping, arsehole chewing and the like. There's nothing more annoying than some tosser leaving a neg for some idiotic reason. Personally, I have never negged anyone, if I disagree with what somebody says I will post it as a reply in the relevant thread, which is what I'd expect anyone else to do. The rating system isn't a big deal to me, but if somebody wants to bad mouth someone then they should at least have the bollocks to do it to their face.

Whenever you plus or neg you should still leave a reason however, the name of the person who left that rating should automatically appear, which will make it easier for everyone to identify the wind ups etc.

Could not agree more. Dont mind the neg but ffs give a valid reason and a name would be nice to debate via pm,mind you how can you debate via pm when the negg mister sends you pm then blocks your pm,childish.

Yeah, but then people will be handing out negs to people just because they have been negged by them, since many people are already doing that, or attempting to do that since they're often wrong about who negged them in the first place, it would only get worse.

Agreed, with the infantile mentalitity of the wholesale neg giver the present system can only perpetuate the situation but if their identity were made known and their foolishness highlighted some sense would prevail, a simple proviso should be that if the ID is not provided the karma - good or bad does not go.
