Reds Confirm Agger Injury

Liverpool have confirmed that young defender Daniel Agger broke his right hand during last night's Euro 2008 qualification victory in Liechtenstein.  
Agger, who played all 90 minutes of the 4-0 victory, will be examined by the club's medical team upon his return to Melwood today.
 
The Reds haven't yet commented on whether the 21 year old will be ruled out of any first team action.

Never a truer word said  darth sholuld be an end of season thing

internations shud not be played durin the first 3 months of the new season. ime not a big fan of them neways. wot they suud do is have a 3 week break over cristmas and the new year, then they can play thoses poxy internationls, and add on 2 weeks on to the season. wot do you lot recon?

the thing is they have like only 3 days between the international match before they return for another league match. such as last yesterday's international is followed by this saturday's league match. what the hell do they think these players are? wwe superstars?? i don't want to be against internationals because it is almost as important as playing for your club but seriously the match scheduling needs to be reconsidered BIG TIME.
