Martin injured!!!!!

Young David Martin injured his hip playing for the reserves last night at 'Boro! Martin is the only reconised goalkeeper cover we have left! If he doesnt recover for the week end, will we have a youth player on the bench at the theatre of Screams?!

Dont think so, I thought we appealed against Dudeks ban so its not  gonna start till the results are back??

I hope thats right, can any one clear this up? Have we got cover or are we struggling If Pepe was to get injured?

No Dudek got a red card.  He is banned for three games.

Any further punishment will be handed down later.

We are a big enough club that we should be recalling Carson or Kirkland from their loans.  If we don't then we are unnecessarily dicing with trouble. And United will know it.

I dont think you can recall players that easy now. When they sign a loan deal its a contract and they agree to go to the club for how ever long and thats that. The only time players return early is if both clubs agree, like when the players injured or not being used. So I could be wrong but I think recalling Carson or Kirkland isn't an option.  :?

Well something should be written in to the loan contracts then.

We haven't got David Thompson anymore to go in goal...!
