      What you doing for NYE?
      Dec 31, 2008 01:11:01 am
Either a huge night out or a quiet, can't be bothered night in isn't it. There never seems to be any in between.

      Or is there?

I'm going to a house party, then going into town to a party, then going back to the house party.

      How is everyone else celebrating?

house party for me.  it's impossible to get baby sitters on NYE, so we're going to some friends house and staying over, i'm sure we'll be having a few to ring in the new year.  :drinking:

Got a litre of vodka and 30 cans in for it. Won't be drinking it all unless anyone knows of a 6 foot hole nearby, but if you run out on new years eve your screwed. So just making sure :D Going to a party at my mates house!

Having a party in ours, with god knows who being invited. Gonna be a good night, always is.

By the way whose welcoming us into the New Year? It's sorta tradition in our house we watch it on BBC1 counting us down to the New Year, but Jonathon Ross has been fu**ed off so any ideas who'll be doing it?

You'd be better off ringing 999 mate, that's where I'll probably be if half the family turn up. Try police and ambulance services, you'll find me eventually. Either arrested for assault or in intensive care or knowing this family both

I'm staying far out on the countryside for christmas and newyear, with my parents who live in The Middle Of Utterly And Endless Nothing. Thought I were gonna spend the night nice and easy at my grandparents place, with just old people and absolutely no alcohol. But then it turns out I'm invited to my uncle and aunts, and then it can get wild....... Like, dress up, have some lemonade (!!!) and maaaybe stay up til after 01am!!!!!!!! Blah....

Theres this huuuuge newyearseve party just near here, but you have to be invited..... Maybe I'll try to sneak in ::)

I'm at work till 11.15 pm then a 15 min trek home. I live on a hill so I can see the whole of the eastern side of Melbourne's fireworks from my driveway. It's brilliant  :o

A couple of bevvies, maybe a  :cool-smiley-027: to bring in the New Year after the kids go back to sleep.

What ever everyone does, have a good one but most importantly a safe one...talk to you all next year.  ;)

Heading off soon to a party, started about 2 hours ago but you know the old saying, 'fashion be late' and all... :D My mate's sugar daddy is out of town and he has a house near the harbour so its going to be a good, good night.

      Happy New Years all.

We nearly always do a house party in ours. Not been out on a new year for ages - was always sh*t I thought - town is usually full of whoppers on NYE.

But no house party this year so I'll have a quietish one I'd imagine - although no doubt people will invite themselves round as they always do.

Nowt much. Finishing my painting this morning so got my lady coming round later. Gonna cook her a nice meal then watch her fall asleep on the couch about 8pm, bevy in my hand. Then wake her up for some midnight fun. Make of that what you will! ;)
