      Where in Liverpool does the best bowl of scouse, ye cant say tour ma's, ? Is it still a popular dish or has it died off a bit?

      Loads of places do it. Usually little cafes around the suburban parts of the city - you know the ones where they clean the cutlery with the curtains? That type of place?  ;)

      I went past one today on the end of County Rd and it does scouse on a roll or something like that.

      You can never beat your ma's scouse though. And in my case, me da's too.

      Or any social club that runs a race night etc, had many a carton of scouse at these nights after a few bevvies

      My personal choice is with both lamb and beef in a bowl with bread, can't knock it.

      Had some in Kardemena Kos 3 years ago spot on,although the wife makes a mean pan,she learned off me men are the best cooks anyway.
