Never give up, thats the attitude of Liverpool FC.
Play our strongest side vs sunderland. Beat them and hope newcastle beat manure.
4 point gap going into the man u game and we would have to win.
I was angry before and said it was over but now i wish i hadn't.
Please please pleaseeeee don't give up reds. Atleast don't make it a stroll for manure :(

This wasnt a knee jerk topic. Ill tell you why I posted it

      1) Id be prouder losing to Sunderland with some kids playing and putting in an effort then I would be watching our main men ponce about. Even Skrtel today looked like he could care less. Who can say the 2 young wingers I named wouldnt do more of a job then the 2 on there today or that one of my forward 2 wouldnt take 1 of the great chances missed today

      2) How many times have we failed this season against the poorer teams? Well a fresh approach might be the answer instead of setting up with the same players who failed in all those games? Sunderland know what to do Tuesday and almost to a man theyll know who theyll be up against.

      Lock it if you want

On a serious note, we need to see our hot talent in the 1st team squad ahead of the players who have had many chances to shrine but fail to do so..... enough is enough, its costing us points.... with Torres injured, hopefully Pacheco gets a go ahead.... Darby @ RB, Insua @ LB

Chill out fella.  I simply asked the question if the topic was a serious one and you indicated it was so that's fine.

In my personal opinion, as much as the suggestion was appealing during the game I'd rather not play 11 youth and reserve team players when we're 7 points behind.

I think just a few lads to come up...

      (FFS, please?!)          Reina
          V
      Darby         Carragher          Hyypia         Insua

                        Alonso           Spearing

       Benny                 Pacheco                    Riera

                                  N'gog

Spearing, heart of a lion. Would never display that sh*t we saw yesterday. Pacheco, he and N'gog link up in the reserves and score goals together so would be nice to see what they can do, more than Gerrard/Kuyt. Darby, just give him a bloody game because he's excellent.

Yea man everyone here is frustrated for that effort we paid them to see. Absymal and i cant agree any better playing some kids. Deffo they would have more fire and desire than the passion the lads put up there on display.

I think we have got to play our strongest team in every match,we cannot afford any slip ups and need to finish as high as possible. The last thing we need is to be struggling to qualify for Europe at the end of this season.

      I agree Billy.

I don't think now is the time to be ripping the squad up and throwing in the youngsters. I'm not denying the desire theory, but the inexperience would be a telling factor with so many changes.

Hopefully a defeat like yesterday is the kick up the arse we needed and we'll see a much more determined Liverpool against Sunderland. We've just got to keep going.

I wouldn't raise an eyebrow at Pacheco given a go though. Not at all. We're certainly lacking something upfront.
