It was Mr Pizza actually! Nice play Appleby, my other half has done the reverse trek to you.  Nice to be able to go up and visit the Lakes for weekends and take the dog on a walk through all the sheep sh*t. He loves it!

Best place on earth

Been living over here in LA for about 8 years now...from the football mad county of Worcestershire...moved here when I was 22 for my now wife and for my career....loads of brits, pubs and football...

Its a cool place...its not all the fake bullsh*t....there is so much to do here and its the only place to be if you want to work in the film industry....the people are  actually really nice...in fact I prefer it to UK...but i do miss going to the games, the pub with friends and the english counrtyside...other than that its a great place to live..very diverse..

I think that JD should arrange a forum trip to LA! We can all stay at Lester's and party on Sunset Strip!

There are loads of LFC die hards over here...you'd be amazed how the Brits have made this home..
