thought we were really good. In all fairness it was tougher than the last 3 games cause they were playing counter attack but we did in the end well done boys cant wait for the game today.

 Great result and we got the 3 points but RAFA please tell the lads not to leave it so late in future.It is not good for this old heart and the blood pressure.I thought young Insua had a good game and the sooner we get rid of these mid season internationals the better it will be.

It was really good to see Insua, Lucas and Dossena put in a good shift yesterday as no doubt lots of people would be pointing to those three players as our weak links.

Lucas kept it simple and effective and only got caught in possession once.

Dossena is so indisciplined that he is a great option to have on the left because regardless of any instructions he is given.....he will provide an outlet and join every attack possible as that is his mind set and the way he likes to play the game.

Insua looks like a seasoned left back and is good both going forward and defensively. Could eventually become one of the finest left-backs we have ever had at the club!

I've never thought Insua as a weak link :S

After everything that's been said, the way to look at it is that we've done our bit for this weekend , now we pray manure drop points. And if they don't it'll be the same next week. C'MON THE VILLA!! For today you've got the biggest fanbase you'll ever have.

Wow, what a win...thankyou Yossi and thankyou REDS for never giving in.

Myself, my mate and his missus sat there and almost cried at how many times we hit the crossbar or the post...just couldn't believe our terrible luck.

At the 89 minute mark, my mate said "it's going to be a draw...Title over", his missus quickly agreed....I said no way...we've scored late before...we'll still win it. Then up flashed 4 minutes...couldn't believe it..I said we'll win it in stoppage time.

Mate's missus got up and went to the loo totally distraught...next thing you know me and my mate jumping up and down....his dog outside going crazy (5.30 in the morning) and his missus comes running out of the toilet to see us high fiving and hugging  ...we turned around to her and said get back in there

I sill can't wipe the smile off my face  .

There were two moments in that match that stood out for me. Obviously Benni scoring the cracker that sent us back to the Top of the League, where we belong but also the way the WHOLE team celebrated the goal.....they came from everywhere...I just felt liked I wanted to jump into the TV and celebrate with them.

I'll never forget that moment...I hope we get to see sooo many more of these celebrations in the coming weeks. C'mon REDS we can do it. I BELIEVE.
