Firstly I agree with the team that Ross has stated ^^^^.

Secondly I know Anfield is going to buzzing like never before and chelsea will sh1t8 themselves.

Finally I'm supremely confident that we'll win comfortably. 4 or 5 nil I think.

Chelsea are looking like a difficult side to beat under Hiddink, but they haven't had to play a team in as good as form as us. Five straight wins, just one goal conceeded, average players finding their best form in a Red shirt, everything finally falling into place at Anfield.

Now lets go out there on Wednesday and show those cockney bas**rds what a great side we are. From the first minute to the last lets pressure them, harris them and rush them. Lets come out the blocks like we did against Madrid at Anfield. Lets show the entire the world that 4-0 against Madrid, 4-1 against United and 5-0 against Villa weren't just coincedences. Lets show everybody that only scoring one against Fulham was unlucky rather than our ability. F**k it, lets get this tie won at Anfield so we can go to Stamford Bridge knowing we're all but through anyway.

This is the next step to Rome and we're gonna jump right through it. The Mighty Reds of Liverpool are on another European march.

Getting the butterflies now. Cant wait.

Im thinking Id like to see Agger play in this one with his ability on the ball to come out of defence cos I can see them letting us keep the ball in our own half so Agger would give us the option of binging the ball out instead of having to play a hopeful ball out. With Masch suspended Id go 4 4 1 1 with Stevie dropping back beside Xabi and Yossi playing behind Nando. If Yossi isnt right well then Lucas in midfield

Rally believe we have there number and hope we get about them early

      Reina

      Arbe Carra Agger Aurelio

      Kuyt Stevie Xabi Riera

            Yossi

                Torres

I hope we can do without Babbel and Lucas as I think neither are up to the job. I would start with Riera and have yossi on later in the game .. Is Gerrard fit ??

An absolute joke of a club that seriously think they're rivals with us. Time for Rafa and the boys to show these rentboys just why this is 'our' trophy!

Rafa is the master of 2 legged ties and he will be planning something special. Hiddink is a great coach so its goingto be interesting but i firmly believe our confidence is sky high at the moment and the players will want to show the world we are afraid of no one.

although I did hear Steven had picked up a slight on Saturday, he'll be fine for Wednesday.

Said on the radio this morning that it was a slight groin problem.

Can't wait for this one, after doing the double on them this season it will be a lot sweeter to do it again. I loathe these pretenders and they have it in their tiny minds that they are on par with the mighty Liverpool.

As we all know Rafa is the best manager for this competition and whatever formation he chooses he will get the best from our lads.

I actually have an incredible feeling we'll batter Fat Frank and Co come wednesday night.  Such is our form that we potentially smash 5 past them, regardless of Hiddink's influence on Chelsea's recent strong defence showing.  Play like we did against Real and we should score atleast 3, but clearly the most important thing is the clean sheet.  This is where we can relax as we have the young beauty that is Pepe, who keeps clean sheets for fun.  YNWA.

      Chelsea stat:

Not won any of their last seven European away matches. Their most recent victory on their overseas travels came on 28 November 2007 against Rosenborg (0-4)

Clean sheet is a must. I think the form we are on at the moment, it could well be three or four. We were unlucky with four great chances against Fulham so our form is still fine. We have beaten the chavs twice already this season when we wern't particularly flying. They are not as comfortable as they make out they are, Hiddink or no Hiddink. They were very fortunate against the bar codes. Only scoring due to suicidal defending by newcastle and owens effort was clearly over the line. That should have been 1 - 1 and a different game. Considering everyone wants to play newcastle at the moment, not a great day for the chavs. They are not looking forward to playing us at the moment, believe me. We need another great european night at Anfield andthe tie will be beyond the chavs in a fortnight. The Mighty Red Machine Rolls On.
