I hate both news on this article.

I dont want Forlan but Im a big fan of Valencia and would hate to see him as a Man Utd player

He has being outstanding since he has being in Spain and has regularly topped the scoring charts but I'd be gutted If we signed him don't think he is suited to the premiership, he still has the annoying habit of giving 5 yard passes away. If we are signing an Atletico striker it has got to be Aguero.

He is very different type of player to keane but for that much £ I get the point.
If he was avail for 5million at most then I am for it. Been in the prem before and is quality (for that amount of money). Good squad player and versatile. Why not for a low low price.
Any striker that comes in has to be happy to be a bench/back up player

Yes been in the premiership before and he couldn't cut it. No point paying out for someone who isn't made for the English league when we have youngsters like Nemeth who could have a real future at the club.

Agree, as I have posted many times before that I'd prefer the youth players to get a chance BUT if we r to get a striker I'd prefer that to be after we buy quality in other areas. Then to get a decent backup. Forlan, if possible, for around 5mill would be a good buy. He has improved a lot since his last visit to these shores. But he ain't avail for 5mill so screw it

To be honest even if he has improved i still wouldn't want him at the club simply because he was a Manc.
