O.J:made in America.
This documentary is superb & far superior than the recent drama The People vs O.J. Simpson. It just presents the facts with plenty of footage from the time, pictures of the actual crime scene ( you'll need a strong stomach ) interviews, people who personally knew O.J. From friends & acquantences or were involved directly in the trial. I felt most sorry for but mostly respected the Goldmans who fought and fought and never gave up. The documentary importantly shows the hatred of the black community toward the LAPD after the Rodney King beatings and police acquittals, and numerous such travesties of justice in the years leading up to the trial.. the whole thing became less about murder & more about race. Its extraordinarily warped really, an almost unbelievable story. But it's true.
I've seen many documentaries over the years & this is right up there with the the best I've seen.
The documentary runs for 7.5 hrs and is in 5 parts but the running time flew by as it is thoroughly absorbing from start to finish.
Highly recommend.
