This the season that Spurs finally get CL?!!

Not going to bother predicting what the league table will look like, but I think Arsenal might surprise a few this year, think they are going to improve vastly on last season. (Well if they stop selling there team to City!!)

I don't think it would be wise to rate from 1 to 20, as always the start of the season there would be surprise packages, and then maybe after awhile they might fade off. The relegations contenders are hard to predict, never really seen any matches of them so how am I going to make predictions?

Don't know whether I should put Arsenal or not, they've just lost 41 million worth of their players and they are definitely looking sore up front and at the back. They desperately need to sort their situation out or they will just continue falling further behind.
