Yes I dont think that Lucas could run our midfield all season but you have to give credit when credits due.

I think he's getting there and certainly you don't become the U20's brazil captain without having some major skills.
He's probably struggled a fairbit with the transition to England, the language and just with the general pace of the EPL.
However there is a big big prospect inside there, no doubt about it. I'd rather support him than someone like Xabi who doesn't want to be here.

I 2nd that Lucas has clearly got to him he fails to see how much Lucas has improved and how well he played today, I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't watch the game at all.

I thought we were terrible against St Gallen but yesterday certainly eclipsed that, if we play like this against Spurs we will get done over again, except this time it will be more costly.

But on the bright side, best to get the sh*te performances out of the way before the season starts

St Gallen can be excused even though im against excuses, it WAS first game back and i hesitantly put that down to rustiness. Yesterdays insipid performance was just inexcusable. Im worried about the Spurs game, we really need to get better by Wednesdays game.
