Bargain Restaurants

Have had a meal in both of the Monroe pubs, one in Duke Street and one in Tithbarn Street, both at lunch time both cost 8.99 for two corses and both meals were absolutly lovely, great value and so tasty. They have about 6 items to choose from on both starters and main meals, and also have a special for both starters and main meals. Anyone been I thoughly recomend both pubs and will be going again.

Can't beat a roast on a cold winters day.

I'm sure them pub lunches were nice but they don't deserve a thread all to themself.

I went to the Netherton on Friday night, which is a Hungry Horse boozer. 2 for £8. Was quite nice as well, and cheap lager too.

Just trying to put pepole onto a good thing while eating Quality food for a reasonable price.
