Fifa 10 vs PES 10 - It's on!!!

After playing the FIFA demo, I can't realy notice any changes to the gameplay but that's probably just me not being used to the game. Still though FIFA 09 is the first and last game I'll be buying from the series got a better idea of what it's about after buying it on the cheap but I'll be sticking with PES, can't seem to enjoy matches on FIFA to be honest.

Looking forward to PES2010 more than ever.

PES needs to produce something magical to get anywhere near Fifa now. Fifa have sorted out the niggling problems from last year and the whole game flows more and feels better.

PES won't come close IMO.

Seems quite a few people  on here are complaining the through balls are too easy. Not in the new one it seems, in the demo its quite difficult to score with a through ball or  a 1-2. Plus everything is much more realistic, whether its the keeping scrambling back up off the floor after a diving parry or the weight of the player affecting the battles for the ball. This year Fifa is taking the game to a whole new level.....or maybe I just dont like PES

Pro Evo fans are missing out. Get on with the times and get yourselves a copy of Fifa 10 when it comes out. Fifa has taken the title 'Best football game' this year hands down.

Downloaded both demos, PES is shocking, Fifa is excellent.

I am a Fifa fan since fifa 08 because PES has gone woeful but I am enjoying the Pes10 demo. I think that we have become obsessed with how good Fifa is and yes I am one of them too but I really am enjoying this demo. Not saying it's as good as Fifa but comparing both demos I would say it's the closest the 2 have been for 3-4 years.

I agree that Fifa is better in alot of departments but to be fair, the graphics in PES are better than Fifa.

I'm just trying to offer a different view to the games and think that both are enjoyable in different ways.

Ohy and my god you can score some screamers in PES with Stevie G and Aquilani.

I tried both demos and I prefer PES 2010! FIFA as much as it improved over the years it will never be like PES when it was at its best, and in my opinion this year PES wins

TBH, im not playing either, Im sticking with Fifa 09 at mo. I dont like demos, I'd rather give a game a go when its fully complete.

One thing I think FIFA fans don't consider when you compare these two is that PES does take some time to adjust to, to understand the game engine or whatever, often takes me a couple of weeks before I understand the game that's why it's got so much "replayability".

Some people just give the demo a 5 minute go and then give up before getting to enjoy the game! Always annoys me when the games condemned before it's been given any real opportunity.

i'm warming to it. not too keen on the aerials balls. but shooting is much improved.

though i'm pro pes anyway. haven't preffered fifa for 10 years now.

I agree, although am was always more a PES player than FIFA and in other posts I defended the game, I must admit that FIFA10 will be the footy game this year again,after trying the demo and reading about all the features it will have, it just make me feel like playing...can't wait to receive it
