This is all good stuff for the 25th of October.

Not sure who is going to be the fourth official on that day though?

      Busy scedule for the Reds

12/9/09 - Burnley at Anfield (Premiership) Won 4-0
16/9/09 - Debrecen at Anfield (Champions League) Won 1-0
19/9/09 - West Ham at Upton Park (Premiership) Won 3-2
22/9/09 - Leeds at Elland Road (Carling Cup) Won 1-0
26/9/09 - Hull at Anfield (Premiership)
29/9/09 - Fiorentina at Stadio Artemio Franchi (Champions League)

We've already got it started with a win over Burnley, but the games are thick and fast over the next two weeks or so. May be a good chance to see just how strong the depth of this squad really is.

It should be a comfortable on against Hull to be fair. They are really struggling and Phil Brown walked out of his press conference when asked about pressure today.

      There for the taking :-)

Well if we can get a convincing win against Fiorentina it sets us up nicely for Chelsea and if we manage to get a result against them we are firmly making up ground especially if Man Ure drop points, can't wait for these next two games, just to see how the table is looking after Chelsea :D

when old whiskey nose complains of pressure and "x" amount of games in "x" amount of days whats he on about ?
We're just about to successfully complete a run of 6 games in 17 days with hopefully 6 out of 6 victorys  and yet we're still having our season written of in certain quarters !
We're supposedly a financially struggling club, who need to sell irreplaceable players (J.A.R & Alonso ), a team who draw far too many games in a season, a rudderless ship with two tw*ts at the helm, yet when it comes to pressure we deal with it in the only way we can HEAD ON ! NO F***ing whinging to the press about too many games and only 90mins to win them in !
WE ARE LIVERPOOL, WE GET THE JOB DONE, IN OUR TIME !

That series of matches is up then.

Despite last night's disappointment, overall we got some important results.

We're still challenging in all competitions, just hope that it was a blip against Fiorentina and that we can come back strong at the weekend.

Hmm, 5 wins out of 6 is a good result, IMHO.

We want the Premier League and we have won all 4 in that 17 days.
We also got past a difficult Leeds United.
We lost to Fiorentina in Europe, but that doesn't mean we're out. There's 4 more games to go.

The most important match is definitely against the chavs. Hopefully we will be able to bounce back from the defeat last night, as it wasn't too important.

I think that may have been a subconscious thought in the minds of some of our players last night !
