Carra and Skrtel isnt obviously working, which is shocking as them 2 were a rock last season.


Agger was the only positive for Benitez today.

I seriously hope Agger gets a start on Sunday and it sends a message to Skrtel and Carra to improve if they want to keep places in the squad.

If he's fit enough for Sunday I'd throw him straight in. Skrtel is looking seriously dodgy at times lately and maybe Agger could even pop up with a goal, 2007 pops in to mind.

Lets hope the lad can get fit and show Rafa, The Fans and The Premier League exactly how good he is. He deserves a period of time where he stays fit.

Delighted to see him back, he is a classy defender and can give us an extra dimension from the back. Will be like a new signing.

Agger is a superstar and when he comes back he will have a big influence on the team and he is another attacking player who we know can score some stunning goals. I am not wrting skertel or carra off but i think one of them at the moment needs to make way for agger.I just think that if agger comes back into the starting 11 it will make a diffrence and we can move the ball out of defence with ease.

The word is and I'm sure Mr Benitez is fully aware of the situation that back injuries are notoriously unpredictable and in spite of the massive difference his presence makes, the manager will only play the lad if he is 110% fit. The more games we play without Daniel reinforces the idea that he is the missing link in the squad and I for one pray that his comeback goes according to plan.
Had to put this in after posting a few days ago  - I see there is some talk of him playing for Denmark before he even gets back to the first team and Rafa is unhappy about the situation!!! WTF
