sh*t in the first half much improved in the second, still not good enough to take anything from the game.

Same here but the team put out should have still won.

The only thing i can think of as to why Aurelio was playing where he was was to get him that match sharpness back, maybe Rafa wants him starting against Chelsea.

Damn poor passes in both first and second half, they almost came to Fiorentina's not ours. I think the team seemed to not try to play with 100%.

No intensity, passion or determination from any of our players, the mid-field was anonymous - no passing SHOCKING...expected to see real tempo from the lads really disappointed 

Kinda hard to beat the stats, i read that no English team ever won in that field.

Only saw the second half because i had to work late, it looked like we were comfortable in possession but Fiorentina made some excellent tackles, they looked happy to defend & we looked like it was a frustrating day at the office, maybe if Lucas header went in we would of gone on to win, but it just seemed it wasn't our day. I'm still confident we will go through, lets put it to one side & get a result at the weekend..
