Rooney cant play against us

In the paper today (mirror)  Rooney has said his baby shreck is due this day, and if it starts on time , he will not be playing against us, which is good I think.

Very good news, they are nothing without him. That means they will have Berbatov and Macheda leading the line. With Owen (I know he'll be back by then but he'll get injured again) and Rooney out, I don't think we have too much to worry about when sinking them again (not that we would've had to anyway).

Well if he doesn't play then thats good news for us. Last year he shot himself in the leg by making stupid comments and then getting played off the pitch, but hes a year older and if he does play Ferguson wont let him do the same thing again. I think winning the league comes before beating United's best 11. Hopefully vidic will be wonky for this game as well.

Shouldnt the baby be old enough to recieve counselling before letting the father see it. Imagine one of the first images you see is Rooney leaning down over you it could give that child serious problems in the future.I would prefer him to play because its sweet to see him bouncing around like a spoiled kid.

Should wear a Halloween mask and get the kid used to the the real life shrek one that is a permanent feature then he could alternate and the kid would get confused and not be too alarmed.

I do not care if he plays. I'd rather he didn't because he is a great player. I don't care if Manc' 'fans' make excuses, because at the end of the day, we will be more likely to get the three points.

unless Fiona is going in for a scheduled c-section on that date the chances of her popping out wee Shrek on her due date are slim
but I am not an expert on swamp ogre physiology so who knows.
