Exactly, Rafa needs to learn to spot good talent.

In fairness he has spotted a fair few talents. Agger, Skrtel, Insua, Arbeloa, Reina, and a few bargains like Benayoun, Garcia and Aurelio. Xabi Alonso was a steal at 10 million.

I'm not attacking you and I know he doesn't always get it right but I think its slightly unfair to say he can't spot talent.

To be honest, i've always thought we'd be taken over by January
