Zamora has just said on Sky he said to the ref Carragher won the ball, decent sportsmanship got to give him credit for that.

I did actually think that he didn't seem to appeal for it when it happened.

Watching the highlights again, Sotis was badly dragged out of position for the second and third goals, especially the third, Ayala tries to cover for him and that unfortuantely left the space that Sotis was too slow to get back and cover.

Just a bad day all round for me.

When I watched the match live I saw him say something to carragher and I thought It was something Bad like "you should be sent off", but watching the Highlights on MotD he atually says that carra got the ball. The guy told the fans to "shhhh" when he scored but he comes clean when were down to 10 men. Dunno If I should give him any credit or not.

Put the money aside for a moment, don't even bring it into the equation. But would it be such a bad thing to bow out of the CL to Lyon on Wednesday?

Positive side...Eccelstone looked really lively and confident. Glad he got a run out.

I'd also blame dirk for the second goal too, could of easily let the ball gone out of play than try to keep it in when there wasn't red shirt to back him up.

And how far away was Sotis, Insua's still a kid imo sotis isn't, I wouldn't try and crucify a young player, when older more experienced players are just as culpable.

Their all at fault for the goal, not just blaming it on insua, but when i see mistakes like that I can't help but comment. Obviously it is primarily kuyts fault for keeping the ball in play and he is mainly at fault for the goal.

Agree with that, was talking to my dad watching the Arsenal game and the pair of us are of the opinion he needs taking out the firing line, he's been caught out a few times at the back over the last three or four games and that includes Man U.

Quite a few players could do with an arse-kicking today.

The owners promised Rafa £20 million and they gave him £2 million. You could see the effect right there on the bench.

im sure rafa analyses the games more than the average liverpool fan coz thats his job, but hes got a squad and there isnt much he can do if more than 5 of his decent players (gerrard aurelio aquilani johnson agger for example) are missing, but you caant put inidividual mistakes on insua who is 22 and kyrgiakos, theres problems all over the pitch.
