It's all about beating the VAT increase with the big shops now!

I'm off tomorrow morning to Bluewater shopping centre to get some right bargains from the likes of Zara, Topman etc.

Can't wait to get into town next week for a bit of retail therapy. (In other words, going to Game or HMV, paying over the odds for Modern Warfare 2, then going straight to JD Sports or the Adidas shop and purchasing 2 or 3 t-shirts, and possibly a coat.)

Swerve it this week though. Much too hectic. Why do people storm town on Boxing Day? Haven't they got hangovers/lives to attend to?

Went on boxing day, got a few things on my list.

Got this for 50 rather than 100: http://www.fredperry.com/men/jackets/caban-jacket.html
Got this for under 40: http://www.fredperry.com/men/shirts/long-sleeve-twin-tipped-shirt.html
Got some Topman jeans for 25, got a shirt from burton for school to go with a new suit I bought.

If you don't go on boxing day all the goodies go, plus it was an excuse for me to have the day off from revising 3 sciences and maths for my AS exams :D

Some stuff on my mind at the moment. I'll be getting them on the weekend.

Well I'll like a new nice solid pair of running shoes, either Asics or Adidas as I rate them well. And also a decent running watch for myself, I've been using my dad's one to time myself when running.

A nice pair of Converse shoes, their like 30% off at the moment, and also a new phone.

      :)

All the xmas sales do is make the shop prices more like internet prices.

Except the internet has sales too.

Load of bollocks the lot of it.  They put the prices up for the 30 days before Christmas before discounting back down and every year people lap it up like sheep.

I won't be buying any sh*te I don't actually need just because a few shops put some big fuckoff signs up in shop windows.

      :D

Be interesting to see how much the few tops and jackets I clocked prior to Christmas were a month or so before.

About a tenner to £20 knocked off now.

Can't grumble though. It's not me buying them. :D

I got my LG 32inch 1080p HDTV from PC World for £300. It was £429 before Christmas, then down to £329 and I managed to haggle the £29 off as they had loads in stock and were dying to shift them. Stunning TV too :D

Zara's boss.. I went there today but there wasn't a size my dad wanted to get me.

My dad was hopping into all the Zara shops he came across while on holiday.. that was pure class. So much so that he got the nickname Zaraman.

Anyway, just came back home and I've got the Torres book in my hands!! ;D At chapter 5 now.
