Great win.  Not many will win down there.  Performance was good up until the final ball.  We have to abandon our two holding midfielders system, playing with a bit of creativity just gives the opposition something to worry about.  Hope this is the turning point, but we need to keep getting at teams, not sitting back with Lucas and Masch playing sideways.  Thought Babel made a nuisance of himself, shame about the header...that's him through and through, frustrating as you like.  Hopefully the nerves will settle a bit now.  Roll on 2010.

These last 2 games have been so similar to how we played last season: Tough defensive performances from the opposition, making life hard for us, but we didn't go away and prevailed eventually. (Not to forget the press still saying we played sh*t and were lucky)

We're not competing with the other teams for 4th spot, we're competing with ourselves. As long as we get some good form like last season, it won't be a problem.

Yeah!!  what a boring second half, Villa could win, Nando had luck with that ball , but he finished very well.
