Anyway my point was that Stevie and Torres were in the team of the year and few of the players mentioned against by MoAb were.
Dont see how that warrented deleting apart from maybe mentioning too many Manc players in one post...

Well I didn't know we had the best players in the world while all other players are sh*t. They all stars buddy, talk sense. I can't see Chelsea losing 4 games and Manure losing 3, whilst we go on a winning streak. I just can't see it.

I will be optimistic and say the highest we can finish is 3rd.

Oh also.. we need to win every remaining game to get 87 points which is just 1 ahead of what we achieved last year when we finished second.. won't happen, although I do know that the league is much tighter this year and a total like 87 for 1st is probably a pretty good guesstimate of what 1st place will achieve.

sides aswell.
We really need to start playing now if we're

I've read all the posts above and realized that some fans think our current team is like "Barcelona" last season. Even if you put Barcelona in our place with Guardiola (The Best Manager of all time with 6 Trophies in 1 year) in charge he will not guarantee a top 2 finish!

Carragher was probably the best centre back in English football between 05 and late 07 but was still over looked for England, Doesn't matter how good you are to play for the National, it's who your manager is. How else do you think Rio and Brown get in it?

We have Rafa, they have Ancelotti and Ferguson and the miraculous Wenger

Ancelotti has only been here a few months and has inheritted a good team, he hasn't put that team together in the slightest. Wenger is inconsistent and needs to understand he can't just sign players who have yet to reach puberty.

Villa are not a very good side.

The way they play football I am amazed they are even in the Premiership, they have to be one of the worst sides I have ever seen play yet some how they can get a result. It's beyond me, Derby look a better team!

I don't think I am exaggerating, the 3-1 was beyond me because they were sh*te, we just couldn't finish or get our act together at the back.

You watch them play (other than against us) and you will see. They may well be above us in the league but so are Spurs and City and had we not been having a shi**er then Villa wouldn't be near us let alone above us.

As always we need to play game by game and see from there.
