Yep we need to go on a serious winning streak in the league to have any chance and after watching that sh*te tonight were more likely to go on a massive streak of not winning games

Its the only valuable price we can try for now, so the players should look at themselves, then look at us fans, and ask themselves what they can give us.

The league, its the only one we wanted anyway, We have to Concentrate on this now, and in reality have no other useful targets to head for, so lets aim for the top 4 and see what happens, if the others all slip up, we CAN and probably will win the league.

Now, if we aim for top spot and finish 3rd/4th good stuff. If we aim for 3rd/4th and finish 5th thats bollocks. So aim high.

Not all of us. Some of us have been grounded through the whole thing. Been saying since about 5 league games in would take 4th in an instant. not because of results but because of the lack of enthusiasm and desire in the side. Its like a cancer in the squad that will require a major rebuild to fix.

We have to go for fourth.Minimum and realistic for this year.
That should be our reasonable expectation.

If not us on the top in May then for once Ill allow the Chavs it.

Another four months of football, and 5 points below the current 4th place and 12 below the current leader.

Winning the league is close to impossible, especially with our current display but the 3rd-4th place is still within our grasps.

If we were at our lowest ebb against Reading, then there's only way to go...... UP!!!

Listen, if we're going to even stand a remote chance of winning the league we would have to beat Chelsea. So we'd be 9 points behind them leaving us with 17 games left or 51 points up for grabs.

Way we are playing very little chance.

We have just got to concentrate on getting as many points from the next 54 as possible.  The Nando, Gerrard, Benayoun and Johnson injuries are clearly not going to help.

I think we need one of those (go on holiday) buttons you have in Football manager game, so we can reset our season and start again. Then i can answer of course to this thread,

in fact lets go the whole way, and ask for transfer control to, by the fans for the fans (we will pay for the privelige yanks, how many million fans do we have, throw a fiver in each instead of paying sk(l)y tv to watch the match, and we could have some decent signings.
