Roy I had to reply,I was in the Anfield Road end with my dad and I was about 13 at the time,well there was an Evertonian who used to work with my Dad,anyway he was running the REDS down so I started giving him some smart answers about Everton.Here comes the funny part this feller did not know it was my old feller and he said to my Dad if that kid doesn't shut up I will give him a belt round the earhole.You should of seen his face when my Dad said said if you want to hit him you had better hit me first as that is my son.We never heard another word from  the Evertonian for the rest of the match.I might add in those days a lot of people would go to Anfield or Goodison depending who was at home.
