If we had a 65,000 seater stadium like the Yanks are talking about and we had only 42,000 in it can you imagine how empty it would have looked. I think tickets are to hard and way to expensive to get.

2 of my mates went to a game last season at Anfield they got the tickets online payed £160 for them. The tickets didn't come to the hotel till 3 hours before the game and when they got them they were for the away section at Anfield that is after paying £160 each for the tickets.

I would go to every game if I could but one round trip including ticket and parking costs me £100 a time. One day Rodney......

Plenty of pubs where people sell tickets at face value worth checking first. Them dirty bas**rds selling for 100-300 quid deserve nothing but a beating. Why should you work hard all week/month to hand over your cash to them shower? F**kin hate touts

Cant believe there was a few thousand empty seats the other night. I was there and never noticed many at all. Thought the atmosphere was excellent at times during the match, better than it has been at times lately.

      Suprised at this!

Touts need to be approached cautiously. When you are in a crowd of 4 or 5, and where there are no bizzies aroud. Then if they are asking more than say..... 20 % over face value. Give the bas**rds a good kicking and take the F***ing tickets off them for a tenner. That'd stop the shites.

There's not one Liverpool fan who wouldn't want to go to every match if it were possible, but unfortunately times are tough and bills have to be paid. It doesn't mean we're bad supporters. LFC FOREVER

Although most of the ones I've seen around the ground work in mobs, more than likely it would be you getting the kicking, plus the fact it works both ways. I've seen  and heard fans from outside Liverpool offering lads anything around £200 for a ticket just so they could get in, part of the reason touts can charge more!

When you have made the trip from the other side of the world and want to seize a once in a lifetime opportunity I can understand why people will be pushed to 200 quid or more.

Surely tho if your travelling from Australia? you would have tickets already organised?

And as for giving the tout a kicking and taking the ticket great if you have 15 mates with ye!! I doubt very much those scumbags operate on there own!
