When I was a kid and a Youth coach gave me a box of Liverpool Games on VHS tape, maybe a hundred games all from the 70's-80's.  I remember as a kid just trying to play like him and study him. My coach hated it, I was a Back and would get the ball and just attack the net all the time. Drove my coach nuts.

I would watch certain goals in slow motion to see how he scored like he did.  It was Dalglish that made me a LFC Supoorter.   

He was just a GOD when he played. Way to go King Kenny.

Well he isn't called King Kenny for nothing. Well deserved this, I was too young to ever see Kenny play but have watched many clips of him and he appeared genius.

I'm a bit surprised to see Rush and especially God so low. Rush certainly should have been in the top 5, 6 out of 10 for goals? He scored bagfulls! And McCoist, Yorke and Drogba all ahead of Robbie is complete madness. The people at Four Four Two must be on the wacky tobaccy or something.

Yea some suspect result there. in terms of prolificness and ability to score in big games, andy cole should be higher on the list. drogba? what da fuk?

anyway, KING KENNY BABY! will we ever see any other player as passionate about liverpool as him? i doubt it.

Yes he was, he just had an amazing footballing brain and could find space by dropping wide or slightly of our main striker, especially as he got older.

Kenny was the best but rush should have beat him on goals total
cantana is laughable in second place, he was only in england for a few years.

I started following the Reds as Kenny was coming to the end of his playing days, and can remember him scoring in his testamonial against the Celts. Fantastic player and manager.
