Random topic but having just watched some of his goals for us it has to be said most are pure brilliance. So what has been his worst goal for us? Has he scored a poor goal (in of him when he knew nothing about it) a mishit, a blunder by the keeper. I cant think of 1 so Ill be very interested to se what yiz come up with

The goal against Blackburn, the ball was mis-controlled onto his chest and that that accidently took the ball away from the defender and because he had nowhere to go, he decided to kick the ball away from him in frustration, but luckily for him, its left the keeper stranded and nestled into the far corner.

Wigan back in December, scored a bit of scuffed effort.

The one that hit the defender and came back to him? 

His one against middlesborough at anfield in the 2007-08 season. The keeper came out of his box to clear the ball, got mixed up with the defender and with torres putting pressure on them both, the ball slipped out to him and he turned and finished into an empty net. A simple goal to take but one of his many for the reds.

So any advance on the goal in December 09 against Wigan?

Scored into an empty net against Preston in the FA Cup last year didn't he?  He even made that look stylish though.

Not being funny but the Wigan goal was great!

That back heel was really impressive given the situation, I love that goal...

What about his hat trick goal against Boro? Schwarzer and his defender (Wheater?) just cocked up completely and let Fernando have a free hit on goal.

I don't think the Wigan goal was that bad, because he certainly put it in the net cutely under some pressure.

Umm I think the goal he scored against I think Barnsley in the Caring Cup last season when Stevie got around the keeper and left it to Torres to tap in from 0.0009 mm.

My first thought was the goal against Wigan, then having watched it again, it wasn't bad at all!

Rounded the keeper, first shot on target from a difficult angle pushed out by the defender, then still has the quality to finish the job.

He just doesn't score "bad" goals, is my conclusion. A part of his contract, perhaps?

The one against Wigan was really messy. Is it just me or does Nando tend to miskick at times?

Really still haven't thought of one i can think of as truly bad. Maybe the hat-trick goal against 'Boro a couple seasons back but that wasn't bad, just relatively easy. And i like to think of it as a show of his class that Schwarzer and his defender panicked at the thought of Nando and had a brain fart, ultimately letting him score.

He's class. That is really it.

I still love everyone of his goals...even if it is for fun, the words Fernando Torres and worst just don't go together
