If you should happen to walk via Cherry Lane Redkenny, as you pass Hanbury Road, Give No. 2 a wave for me.   Used to live there as a lad, 5 Hours drive away now. Don't get to see many matches nowadays but the memories will never fade. Would just love to move back one day.

To all those going to the game: I'm so jealous!!!

Not expecting an easy game but I do expect 100% commitment, determination and dedication from the lads, the passion that you need to display when you put on that Red shirt and walk down the tunnel that is 'This Is Anfield' to the sound of the roar of the Kop.

It might not be the Champions League, it might not be where we want to be, but when there is a trophy on offer, Liverpool will do their utmost to take it. Seeing that this is probably our last shot at silverware this season, I highly doubt Rafa will cast an eye on the City game.

Sad to say, probably not going to watch this. Anyway.......

I've got to get the train from Manchester Piccadilly and it takes me about half an hour to get there and I'm getting the train from Manchester at 5, so I'll be in the Cabbage for a few scoops at about 6.

Unirea's from my country, they're no longer the team they were because of the changes that took part over there. They have some skilled players, mostly ones that are good with the ball but they lost some other good guys + the coach. (Dan Petrescu)
From my point of view, this should be quite an easy game for the Reds but we may never know. Unirea kicked Rangers' asses at Glasgow 1-4 so don't underestimate them so much.
Hopefully it's gonna be a great match!
