      Pre-Match: LFC v Blackburn 28 Feb 3pm
      Feb 23, 2010 06:36:33 am
Blackburn will most certainly be up for this game after the weekend gone and we need to be on our game after the City game.I am quite confident we can get the result and show the knockers what Liverpool all about. We owe it to ourselves to give Rovers a thumping after the last game which they just wanted to defend at home.I don't know what Rafa will have in mind,if he is gonna start with Torres or stick with his recent format upfront I guess we will all have wait and see.

The match was moved to the 28th too because of the Europa fixture.

Really hope Rafa doesn't play 2 defensive midfielders and 1 up front in this one. We need to attack in this one as Blackburn will be compact and hard to break down, one up top will play right into there hands.

You should ask Rafa to fund your tickets.

Once he sees the potential in you he will also fund your trips away.

      Wish to see
      Reina
      Carra--Skrtel--Agger--Insua
      Maxi--Aquilani--Gerrard--Riera
      Benayoun
      Kuyt

      In starting line-up

But surely it's not gonna happen

Rafa will stick with 2 defensive midfielder - Lucas & Masch

We play defensive, lack creativity from midfield... lack confidence... SIMPLE

Can't see us losing this one. Could be a good weekend for us if results go our way, Chelsea should get at least a draw with City.

Think the game is going to be perfectly suited to Sortis, hope Rafa doesn't play 2 defensive midfielders with Ngog up top because if he does we will struggle to break them down.

Agreed with all the free kicks we will be faceing, Sortis will be well suited to this game

I'm going to be on the front row of the Paddock for this one :D Cant wait. Fancied a change from block 304 as the Paddock and Upper Centenary are the only places I haven't been.

I'll be back in block 304 for the Portsmouth game for those who will undoubtedly miss me :D

Sotis is still out for this game on his suspension I do believe.  If Skrtel is out it seems like Carra will move into the middle with Agger.  Aurelio or Insua on the left and then maybe Degen or Kelly on the right?  I think we'll have Kuyt back in on the right hand side for his tracking back qualities (if needed) and I'd like to see Degen in at right back.

      My lineup:

                                    Reina

          Degen      Carragher     Agger     Aurelio

                                   Masch

         Kuyt           Aquilani                   Babel

                                       Gerrard

                           Torres

Or swap Gerrard and Aquilani.  I also wouldn't mind Benny on the left.  2-0 to the Reds.

Its a shame Sotis is still suspended for this match.

So we will probably see Carra and Agger in the middle with Kelly on the right.

I hate Blackburn, their manager and style of football I hope we can give them a schalacking.

We have some relatively fresh legs in Kuyt, Aquilani, Torres and Aurelio to use.

Nothing but 3 points here lad, would I be right in saying this will not be televised down under??

Didn't realise Sotis was still suspended for this one.

We owe them a beating after the poor performance at Ewood.

Perhaps Carra will be pushed into the middle whilst Kelly or Degen step in at right back.
