I'd much rather this than all the sycophantic, scarf wavin, platitude laden cock that we used to get off the other two. By comparison this is a breath of pure unadulterated oxygen.

He's now just the face of the other two. And you never know maybe he'll get some little flags knocked up like they have down the Bridge.

What annoys the sh*t out of me he hasn't yet met Rafa why exactly. It is obvious we need big investment on the playing side. And what F***ing attempts so far has the lad made in selling the club because the sale is needed urgently.

He is doing a job of work or a big fat fee. Don't expect any emotional decisions from him, just business ones. They will be honest decisions with the interest of LFC to the fore, as that's what will enhance his fee. As for talking with Rafa, I think that just may be another small sign that Rafa is on his way, so they have little to discuss. If Rafa goes to Juve from choice. There will be no pay off fee but a big compensation fee for LFC.

Bit off topic but got a bad feeling this fella is like most people who i have spoken to that support other teams they all seem to have been brainwashed by every media source going into believing Rafa is a bad manager to a point were he is almost the laughing stock of the Prem and Broughton wants him gone. Hope iam just being paranoid but why has'nt come out saying Rafas got my full backing he's going knowhere Juve F**k off just can't trust any of these slimey bas**rds.

What I can't get my head around is why would a "life long Chavs supporter of over 55 years" even take the job at another Premiership club? Surely he's rich enough as it is and doesn't need the cash.

I appreciate someone who lays his cards on the table and is honest. We have needed people at the top of our club with integrity for sometime. I believe his stewardship is temporary so here's to him getting into a more stable situation and him moving on with a job well done.
Fair play mr broughton and lets hope sundays result suits us all and screws the scum

To be fair to the guy, if he gets rid of these yank c**t$, sells the club to some rich arabs who build a new stadium and put money in the squad, I couldn't give a sh!t if he is delighted with the result.

...and neither will I. I was just wondering how he would answer any questions about today's result. I mean, for example, now that a Champion's League place (and the money that goes with it) is gone; would his delight at Chelsea winning be in conflict with his desire for our club to be financially better off - given that delivering financial stability is one of his remits, i would assume.

No big deal really just wondering, that's all.   >:D
