What have you learnt in life?

One of the greatest things i ever discovered was the gym, i like to keep in shape now and love the personal progression in the sport. Breaking goals and lifting weight that you didnt think you could do is great.

Not to take life for granted.

You only get out of life what you put in it.

Anyway, I've learnt how to be men for others. How to lend a helping hand to others in times of need. And I've learnt how to prioritise, do the right things at the right time. And also, work hard and play hard!
