Liverpool 3-0 West Ham: In game and Post Match Thread

Everyone looked good and assured tonight but not trying to dampen the mood it was only a struggling West Ham who didnt really show up. Although, we still had a job to do and we did it very well without ever really getting out of first or second gear. I think now that when Insua is fit, Rafa may stick with Agger at left back. He looks very defensively assured and is not bad coming forward. I also dont want Krygiakos out of the team so I hope we keep this back four until May.
And what a signing Maxi is proving to be. Really think he could be a huge player for us next season. Great way to go into a tough game Thursday tonight. And still letting Spurs and City know we're there. YNWA

Mascherano didn't even play until he replaced Gerrard yet he still played better than Lucas.

I did think West Ham might have put up a bit of a fight seeing as they are fighting relegation, as it is, their bubble has well and truly burst.

Funny at first. Getting F***ing boring now to be honest and you are starting to show yourself up which is extremely disappointing.

Great win by the reds. Lucas and Gerrard dominated the midfield. N'gog took his goal well. Agger gives us a new sense of purpose at left back.  Kyrgiakos shows his worth not only in defence but being an attacking threat, ala Hyypia.

Piss easy for the boys tonight. Even if it did have that end of season feel to it.

I don't think hardly anybody jumped out of their seats when we scored our first, yet the atmosphere at the back of the kop got a lot better in the second half. Beatles songs and that Maxi song was a cracker, cheesy (to the tune of heartbeat) but very funny, especially as it just got louder and louder.
