Looks likely Spain could be meeting Brazil in the round of 16 at best, if they qualify by winning their last 2 games.

Nice to knock one of the favourites out, and pave the way for England to hopefully win the world cup.

No matter what, if Spain moves on, they have a tough challenger waiting for them. Whether it's going to be Brazil, Portugal, or god forbid Ivory Coast they're going to have to work a hell of a lot harder that they did in the group stage

Tactics weren't too good were they? Two wingers cutting in didn't help Villa at all.

Wow. How the hell did Spain lose that match?  This is a team with Villa,Silva,Torres,Iniesta,Alonso,Xavi etc..This is an all star team and they lose the first match to Switzerland. 

I think they can beat Honduras but Chile might give them a match. Chile seem to be a solid squad. Right now theirs a possibility that Switzerland and Chile advance.....I hope Spain advance. I want to see them play Argentina.

When I was watching the game I actually thought: crouchinho said it first, Switzerland dark horse! Though I knew you missed the game because you were on here completely wasted just before it started
