Oezil and Mueller are top-notch players at the age of 21. It's amazing when you think they can still improve greatly.

I wouldn't be too surprised to see Mueller stay at Munich at least for a couple more seasons but you'd imagine that Oezil will be looking for a move away from Werder Bremen.

It seems inevitable that his club will receive bids - I just wonder how much his price-tag has gone up by.

Im usually sceptical of players who perform in World Cups/European Championships, but this lad looks the business!! However, yet again, this might aswell be the David Villa or David Silva thread....a player we all admire but that ultimatley will never pull on a liverpool jersey....unless Roy can employ some kind of Jedi mind tricks when negotiating transfers!!!

Looking at how Woy has played through his career Ozil isn't his type of player.

if this happened i would be estatic imo he has been the best player at the world cup so far along with messi, villa, and luis fabiano. i think he's a great talent and only 21 or so. he's much better than riera/babel and would fit in nicely i think. great skill and has a great eye for goal when he wants.
