Thought i'd put this in just to show what made-up drivel the mainstream media chat about - even though they've got david villa now, torres AND NOW rooney are both apparently going to barcelona - what a strike force that will be...

Just thinking of Messi, Alonso and Villa playing together is enough to make my head spin. Cant wait to see them in action.  I love Liverpool, but I love good football too and that team is going to be the one people talk about for years to come.  Looks like the great Real Madrid project needs a little more tuning. Unless I missed some major transfer dealings recently, Alonso is still at Real, not Barca.
