      Karl Pilkington Appreciation
      Jun 08, 2010 06:23:15 pm
I can't believe I've only recently discovered this man.

With thanks to the 'Ricky Gervais Show' I've been in tears every Friday, simply listening to the stuff he comes out with.

I'm on YouTube now, going through various videos and laughing my head off.

A Karl Pilkington book could potentially be the best book ever created.

      Any other fans?

I know what you mean about being confused at first. I can imagine a lot of potential fans are lost because they aren't patient enough to listen.

Really different type of humour which is why I like it. Used to humour being right in my face.

Some of the things he comes up with are unbelievable. I really wonder how he was discovered actually. I have heard that he had his own radio show or something?

Was the Big Bang actually a big bang? Or did it just seem louder because there was no other noise to sound it out?

      hahahahahaha friggin hilarious.

He's done a voiceover for a paint advert and it had me in tears, just cos he was doing something serious yet still managed to sound a little clueless.

      I was crying.

I also recorded both episodes on Sky+ because I wanted to watch Frankie Boyle on Jonathan Ross.

Wish I'd recorded every episode now.

Also pissed myself when he goes "What I mean is... I don't know what I mean."

In my opinion, the whole planet should be interested. It's going to be amazing.

Fantastic series. At the same time as finding it utterly hilarious, I found it really interesting actually.

He'd moan about that...  I can here him saying, "I've already got enough letters in my name, why would I add another 3?"
