In dire need of investment. The worst Newcastle side in my lifetime. They're a hard working team but my god they lack quality. When Jonjo Shelvey is your most talented player, you know there's big problems that need rectifying.

He came here and parked the bus. Like the Puels and the Mourinhos and the Allardyces and the Carvajals. And they all were rightly vilified for doing so. He should get the same treatment as the rest of them for playing the same way.

That's a bit unfair. When Mourinho brings his bus which him it cowardice. If a manager from a smaller club battling for survival does it, it's tactics to get a vital point where one is unlikely.

It's nothing to do with size of club. What he did against us was nothing new. He's done it in these games all his career. When that works, it's called a tactical masterclass. When that doesn't work, as it didn't this time, he takes the blame.

He has 6 points this season against the top 10 in the league, and 0 away from home. So what he does hasn't worked, and his club are now battling the drop. Again.

Wow, this is looking pretty daft now. Won 4/4 since we beat them, including against Leicester and Arsenal, can potentially go 8th by winning their game in hand, above the Bitters and well clear of the drop.

He's doing a terrific job giving his resources and the ownership. With the right players and backing he could lead Newcastle in fighting for an European place and maybe a good Cup run.

He turned things around at Newcastle. I think he can be a legend there.
Newcastle have not won everything for a long time, so expectations won't be very high.
Even a league cup would be very well appreciated, especially after taking them from relegation to mid table.
