Winless Cameroon are out, Netherlands playing to guarantee top.

Only one winner, here. Netherlands. Cameroon haven't been bad but they've not done nearly enough.

Holland are playing to win, because if we do then most or all of our upcoming games will be played at sea level, and since we've been reciding and training at 1700 m all tournament thus far that would give us an advantage. Apparently :P

We'll mostly start with the same team. Van der Wiel and De Jong will likely be kept out because they both have a yellow card. I think we'll see Robben making some minutes this game too.

Netherlands 1-0 up. Van Persie scored.

Robben has been a huge spark since he came on. Could be key for them in the KO stages.

Not a great game overall, but there wasn't much at stake, so that wasn't a surprise. Nice finish by Van Persie. But the attack preceding Huntelaar's goal was amazing I thought, what a strike by Robben after being on the field for just 10 minutes after his injury, and a great pass by Sneijder. Think it's clear we need to play with proper wingers, we looked much better with Elia and Robben on. Saw a very emotional Robben in an interview after the game, who would've thought.

Robben was a huge spark when he came on. Cameroon had been getting a lot of the play in that second half, but he changed it. Along with Elia, they really seemed to spark some life back into the play.

They keep fit in the KO stages, be a very good chance at going deep into this.

Yeah, it's not even just them, though obviously they both rock. But our style of play just needs at least one proper winger to keep depth and width on the field. It makes everybody play better, creates more space for everybody and options on the flanks instead of having a narrow formation  and going through the middle,  and then Sneijder can do his magic and give more through balls etc.

I'm very happy though, Slovakia bring it on!
