Tickets for Jamie Carragher's Liverpool XI v Everton XI testimonial go on sale to all supporters on Friday.

 The Anfield match on Saturday, September 4 will celebrate Carragher's illustrious career to date and raise cash for Merseyside children's charities.

The likes Robbie Fowler, Steve McManaman, Dietmar Hamann, Jamie Redknapp and Michael Owen are due to take part, with all profits going to good causes via the 23 Foundation.

Current Blues boss "The Chosen One" is set to manage the Everton XI.

Tickets for the 2pm kick-off will from Friday be available online at www.liverpoolfc.tv/tickets, by calling the credit card booking line on 0843 170 5555 (overseas (0044) 843 170 5555), by postal application, and by personal application at the Ticket Office window or the L1 Club Store.

Please note that tickets purchased online will be subject to a £2.50 per ticket booking fee.

Monday - Friday: 8.15am - 3.45pm
Saturday: 9.15am - 1pm

Am not sure if am coming down for this as might be going Blackpool home OR Sunderland home. But found a way i can get to liverpool vs Everton at Blue sh*te. Thomas Cook do a deal ticket and hotel for me and my dad it will be £197.76 each sitting in Main Stand might give this a try that icludes the train .

Please remember folk, direct your anger at the right people, not Charities, I lost my 6 year old niece to the Big C, I'd hate to see that happen to anyone else regardless of their beliefs.

with the boycott of games on here, i think a few people will be considering giving it a miss.

Actually would it be a bad idea giving it a miss and donating the money directley to the charity.

That would raise a few brows towards the owners.

Mate's birthday the same day and we were meant to go to this in fancy dress for her but she's not going now cos Bob Latchford isn't playing for the bitters.

Got my tickets online Kop 206 should be good and found a half decent Hotel . The Liner just behind Lime Street Station looks good £75 for the pair of us and a English Breakfast .

I stay out in Port Sunlight across the Wirral. Bridge Inn is where I stay, only about £25-30 each or so for the night if I can remember correctly.

Rather stay in the centre.

Just bought tickets for this.

Since it's a charitable event, this is the only time I'll be entering our stadium under the yanks.

sound fella, ye can get a rail card for abar 15 quid from any station, and they save ye abar 10-20% on ticket prices.
