Monaco will not stand in the way of Park Chu-Young if the striker wants to join another club.
The South Korea international recently expressed his desire to play in a more competitive league after Monaco were relegated to Ligue 2 last season.
Liverpool, Tottenham, Paris St Germain and Rennes are reportedly interested in Park but question marks surrounding the 25-year-old's availability have delayed transfer talks.
However, Monaco club president Etienne Franzi has now confirmed to the French media that their star player is free to leave, but will demand a figure in the region of €6million (£5.3million).
Franzi cited the player's significant contribution to the club over the past three seasons as the main reason as to why he would not block a proposed move away from Stade Louis II.
