The only fee incurred will be a cleaning cost of 65 pounds as we have to pay someone to do it. so the bidding must start at that figure.

You need to find your own flights and transport to and from the apartment. however our keyholders provide a taxi service if it's required ?

The dates are provisional and will confirm tomorrow but are believed to be Aug 25 to Sept 3rd or any period you wish in between those dates.

The auction will terminate at 12 noon U.K. time on the 24th AUG, this allows us time to get keys sent out to you and the money to be recieved before the holiday.

I really wish I could help out, frizz. Unfortunately, I am down to about two personal days left because of the antiquated American ideas of what the worker deserves.

I would have been really interested had it not been for most of my mates being in Alicante at the minute, so cant see them being able to afford to go away again In the next few weeks! Sorry mate!

As for everyone else, get bidding! This is a bargain, just checked the flights and they're only 120 quid (from Belfast)

I'd like to help as well, but unfortunately (or fortunately), I'm away on hols from 1st September for a week so cant go or afford it

Yeah, well in Frizzby. I wish I was in a position to make a bid, but I have so much going on lately that will go on for months (hopefully, in some cases ). But you'll be the first to know if I change my mind!

I have edited the first post in order to allow more time to bid as I have offered other dates for the remainder of the year !(providing I don't get bookings via our advertising sites !).

Frizz, I know you are being very kind and generous here, but I think the reason no-one has bid on this is because either they are skint, have had their hols earlier this year or have already got something planned.

Pity cos this is a fab opportunity for someone.
