According to English rumors, Liverpool and Juventus are still trading after the Poulsen and Aquilani deal, for the Greek defender Sotirios Kyrgiakos (31).

The English club would like to yield him to Juve, which had not still rejected the player offered, and they will wait the end of August  in order to take a decision.

This "Footballpress.net" looks very professional, the way the English Language is used is an excellent example of how to write a journalistic article.

Anyone you has failed their English Lit exam could learn a lot from this web site.

Oh I'm being sarcastic here. Google translate could do a better job.

Sport24.gr is reporting that Liverpool want to trade Insua+Kyrgiakos for Trezeguet.

More like Insua + Kiri = Trezeguet and 8 million.

Insua and Kiri are worth a combined total of 8mil and Trezeguet is worth F**k all.

Not sure if anyone else agrees with me, but it appears that City are willing to sell some of their fringe players to foreign clubs at cut price in order to trim their squad and their wage bill.  It is also obvious that they won't sell players to rival English clubs.

Now, do any of you remember the crazy deal that involved Kevin Prince Boateng being sold to Genoa (i think) and then immediately loaned to AC Milan (with an option to buy)?  Maybe we could try to use Juve to help us with something similar.

Tell Juve we will sell them Kiri and Insua IF they buy Wayne Bridge and SWP and immediately loan them straight to us with an option to buy (basically for the same price they pay for them).  I know many of you don't want SWP here, but I think he could provide us with some genuine speed and width down the right side (something we completely lacked last night against City).

I know this sounds crazy, but so was the whole deal with Boateng to Milan.  And, with the lack of value in the market these days, this might be one of the only ways to get decent players on the cheap.
