Reina, Johnson, Konchesky, Carragher, Skrtel, Poulsen, Meireles, Maxi, Cole, Gerrard, Torres.

Subs: Jones, Agger, Jovanovic, Kyrgiakos, Babel, Lucas, Ngog.

Pouslen is poor would have prefered to see Stevie in midfield with Meirles with Cole behind Torres with Jovanovich on the left.

The centre of midfield for us is massive today. Will it be Gerrard next to Poulsen? Because if it's not, then it is a big ask for Meirles and Poulson who are new to this fixture.

Meirles is an out and out centre midfielder though I hope we don't like with Aquilani start trying to throw him up behind Torres.

Not to happy with Skrtel playing. I worry about him. Think Poulson is a good choice ahead of Lucas, he won't care about going straight through Scholes if he's about to play a brilliant ball in to somebody.

Mancs line up for anyone interested:Van der Sar, O'Shea, Vidic, Jonny Evans, Evra, Nani, Fletcher, Scholes, Giggs, Berbatov, Rooney

No Ferdinand, and that team doesn't worry me to much, but we need someone to sit and watch Berbatov.

Not at all happy with Poulsen starting

If Roy sets us up to sit deep and let Utd come onto us we will get beat. I hope Roy does that give to much respect to them and sets up his team like Rafa to get at Utd.

Would of rather of saw Agger & Babel in the team, with Skrtel & Poulsen on the bench, we need all the attacking options we can get today.

See how it goes, I still don't know what Roy see's in Poulsen.

I fancy us for this, i really do. If Glen Johnson can hold his part we'll get through it, i get the feeling he's gonna get run ragged this avvy tho.

Do people think Poulson should be starting ahead of Lucas? I don't personally. Lucas has done well in this fixture in the past. Especially with Meireles getting his first start in the league, playing Poulson as well could be a bit of a risk.

Me too mate, feel rather sick. No point debating who could've started now I suppose even though I would've chose Agger and Lucas, Cole and Meireles are both positive choices. Let's get stuck in!

The line-up looks petty good except I'd start Agger ahead of Skrtel and Lucas a head of Poulsen , Lucas has experience against the scum and we cannot take a chance with being thrashed , quite nervous actually ! . But hopefully I am proven wrong come on redmen lets get 3 points ! YNWA !

Second that

Agger has done well against Rooney in the past, he should be in and with his passing ability from the back. I remember Skrtel having a couple of nightmares against Rooney.

Lets not forget it was Skrtel who smashed the ball up field on way to Nando getting his goal in the 4-1
