Liverpool 1 - 2 Blackpool: In game and Post Match Nightmares

I haven't found any links to where Pacheco is but have a feeling he could be on international duty again.  He went missing for a month or so about this time last year.

This is going to be another defensive fest unless the players revolt and play their own game.

I want to see the attacking game we played against Sunderland the last 5 minutes.

Roy has to play with two strikers in this game, we're at home to a newly promoted side ffs

I remember last year when we played Hull we won 6-1 and guess what? We had no defensive midfielder.

Why will Roy not realise this?

Guess we're going to see that boring, below-par Liverpool performance as we have seen for the last 18 months because players that don't make the system effective are being started or played out of position.

Jesus, when your at home to a recently promoted club and you play 4 attacking players you know someting is wrong. Should be playing 5 minimum every game, 6 for this

Roy intimated he was going to use Meireles as a right midfielder after the Uterecht game.

fix up our backs put meireles in the middle and swap poulsen for RM (maxi).. then i would like to see how this lineup plays. even lucas and meireles in the middle with kuyt and cole on the right and left.

Blackpool is the one game I thought we could blood some players. I thought Roy was better than this.
Poulsen is not good enough for this team - Lucas should be in there OR Meireles or Spearing
Carragher is not a f*cking left back - Robinson or Mavinga should have been blooded
Meireles was bought as a centre midfielder RIGHT !!!!!!!

I thought ROY was better than this.

Where is Pacheco ? I thought this would be his game, isn't this why none of our promising young players get game time because poulsen and carragher(id play him a CB but not LB) steal there starting positions or bench spots

I will never stop supporting Liverpool but at the moment were going down slowly.

A shower will arrive at 3pm.

Disagree.. Carragher will be sh*t at attacking down any flank so may aswell keep Johnson where he is strong..
Carra would be weak at right back and Johnson wouldnt be great at left back..
At least now, one player is in his natural position.
Why put two players out of position??

Its blackpool why not play a reserve at LB and why shouldn't we play Kelly at RB and Johnson at RM :@

It's not fair to play Carra at left back or right back for that matter, he hasn't got the legs for it any more, and he'll be slated if he can't keep up. 

I think Carragher shouldn't be playing RB (not that he is, but responding to the post above), he's not young enough to do it.

We're starting with the same team that started last weekend and we were sh*te for the whole game until Poulsen went off. , we were far more threatening and penetrative.

If know he's Roy's baby boy,but why keep on persisting with him?
