Poulsen is just awful. But I do not blame him. I blame Roy, the "one of the most respected coaches in Europe". Yep.

If we are broadening out, then I'd love to see Spearing or possibly Shelvey given a chance ahead of both of them.

Spearing?? No thanks - from what I've seen he is the epitome of mediocrity. Shelvey looks very decent though. Back to the topic, Lucas OUT of position is better than Poulsen IN position!

This is easy peasy, although Lucas may make us puke-as he is much better than that useless tw*t Poulsen, he is just f***in pish, Lucas being younger has shown glimpses of what he is capable of and with the right coaching can and could change his way of playing, Rafa must have seen something in him to have kept faith with him for so long.

He's almost similar to Masch, IMO. Puts 110%, gets into tackle, has a decent shot and can play that odd killer ball.

Poulsen, on the hand, is just useless. Plays dangerous passes to his teammates putting them under pressure. Can't pass a simple pass, loses the ball in a dangerous zone and as a defensive midfielder, only makes his first tackle in the 35th minute.
